Anyone in the South Bay Area who are interested in hooking up for the drive up on Friday around noon, e-mail me or post here. Looks like some of us are meeting around noon somewhere around the Stoneridge Mall. Can't wait. ------------------ |

Give my best to Harry when you see him. Then again, since he's leaving the fast yellow Prowler home... nahhhh, still can't get away... nevermind... Oh, and JD, best you respect that ACR, or you'll be eating more humble pie for dessert after following Harry's car AGAIN !!! Enjoy the private collection and drive safe everyone. I'll be thinking of you and wishing I was there. ------------------ |

What's this? JD - are you saying you are not going to Crazy Horse? Say it isn't so! Take a week off and have some fun! ------------------ |

It would take me over week to drive to and from the event? That is a lot of driving. Let me think on it. BTW I hear thru the grapevine Harry bought the Viper because he could not keep up with me in that slow yellow thing he has, any truth to that? ------------------ This message has been edited by jd2ksilver on 05-17-2001 at 11:52 AM |

JD, check with Phil & Jane this weekend on trip times to Crazy Horse. With the two back to back weekends, you'll only have to give up one week. Total road time could be as little as nine days. Or, you could spend the second weekend in Yellowstone and head back with Phil & Jane. Check it out. Somehow the trip just wouldn't be the same without you (in my rearview mirror). Uhhhhhh, I think the answer to your question about Harry's ACR is NOPE !!! And I can say that because that "slow yellow thing" you are referring to was in FRONT of you during the DV cruise... so I guess that makes your "cute" silver slug even slower... (And this one's gonna hurt - if your silver slug is soooooo fast, how come you use that lame excuse that "It would take me over week to drive to and from the event" Sounds like a seriously impaired vehicle if it will take you that long to travel the distance...) <----- JD's Silver Slug ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Harry's faster Yellow Prowler ------> ------------------ |

Your pretty quick with the keyboard John. Too bad you can't say that about your car. (or Harry's for that matter). Or have you forgotten being passed after after everyone kept in line all day, which is the only way you could have kept ahead of me. I will ask Phil and Jane this weekend. It does sound like fun. You got to promise I won't have to follow behind your slow (honey, how do I get this car out of second gear?) vehicle. Or are you taking a rental again? One of these days your really going to have to learn how to drive a Prowler, or a Viper for that matter. ------------------ |
