Strikingly similiar, huh? I'd call it a 'knock off' for sure, even a mutt ... kinda has elements of the So-Cal Prowler, Metal Crafter's Prowler and ... stock! New DC promo line maybe: Always imitaded, NEVER duplicated ... not to mention it is a FORD !!!

The headlight buckets might look good on the Prowler.

If I remember correctly from reading one of the Prowler books I own, the Prowler's design was based on a 1930s Ford design. I will check to see if this is true.

Bill...

I read in "Rodders Journal" that Tom Gale had his 33 Ford Highboy as the image when he started with the prowler development.

Pick up "Rodders Journal" magazine, it has some great ideas for the "bumperless" prowler based on the early 1930 Ford vehicles.
