The 25th Annual Beloit Autorama flyer just arrived ... mark your calendars for a GREAT car enthusiast's event: Sunday, September 16 from 8am - 4pm at Preservation Park on the Rock River in Beliot, WI (4 miles north of eloit on Hwy. 51). Contact Gordy or Dolly Merriman 815-624-2071 for a preregistration form ($4. before 9/10, $7 after or day of show). We always have a large contingent from our Vette club that makes this event and we meet at the McDonald's Belvedere oasis on northbound 90 at 7:30am ish. I am the lone Prowler ... So this year come along and we can out number the fantastic fiberglass brigade!! ------------------ |

Ray, Are you going to be in your vette or prowler? Or are you waiting on a prowler count to decide? On your recommendation I will see if I can make it up there. I would like to see us get some Midwest events going for the Prowler group. No reason why the CA, FL and AZ boys and girls should have all the fun. ------------------ |

Hey PG ... Last year took our little one in the Prowler with wife driving the vette. Plan is same thing for this year. As we get closer to the date, will update on a count and meeting time/place ... look forward to meeting any and all midwest prowler owners. This really is a GREAT car & family event, show, swap meet, great Wisconsin food: beer brats etc, and even a craft area for the women. Nice setting and good times had by all. Too bad Sassy isn't closer to us, she could slink on over for this event so we could all check out her ... um ... pinstripes. ------------------ |
