Would like more information on removing the baffle tips, how the end result sounds and if there is any whisling noise after?

It's easy ... just drill out the rivets and pull ... I have Borla system, but have heard where people hav removed the baffles just fine. Good luck.

I removed the baffles and didn't care for the sound. Others love it-your choice. If you dont like it, pop rivet them back in-use steel rivets. No big deal

The baffle removal is not the answer, you will lose HorsePower with this modification.

I raced a Kat with baffles removed and walked away.

Ok Gary, fill me in. I was thinking of doing this mod, but not if it costs HP. I'm sure you are right, but why would moving something which seems to be almost an obstruction cost HP? I guess the real question is why are they there in the first place? Thanks!!
