If it's the Good Guys show that you're planning on going to, remember that they WILL NOT ALLOW PROWLERS at this show.

Last week I cancelled my Good Guys membership and requested a refund. Received the membership refund check today.

If they don't allow Prowlers at their shows, I don't want to be a member. Grumpy aren't I?

I am curious as to why they will not let Prowlers participate. Interestingly enough, the San Diego news paper where the article was published indicated that there would be "Vipers, Prowlers and Ford" hot rods on display.

I was not really planning on displaying my car as it is pretty much stock and, therefore, probably not of too much interest to the public. I was actually planning on going to see the other cars and see if I could learn more about the sport. So far, my real interest has been in acquiring somewhat unusual limited production cars.

I remember the post about Chrysler pulling out of the sponsorship, but is that the reason? If so, it seems somewhat short sided.

My brother, "Scumball the Wealthy One" is a Chrysler dealer and he is happy that they are still in business and he fully recognizes the different business climate that exists today. Anyway, I would love to come to San Bernardino and join your outing. It would be great to meet other owners. Mine is not too fast, but it is fun to drive.

I just learned this morning that I do have to go to San Francisco today. I have to leave on a 2:40 PM flight so I am going to go over to the show early and then leave from there for the airport.

I have your cell phone number so I will call you from the show around noon when you should be arriving, or if my plans change.
