The Worlds Quickest ET with STOCK PROWLER STREET TIRES, truely amazing. 12.15 that is a mark that will be hard to beat. Anyone can do it on slicks, I would be very humbled if my car was done with the Paxton with the goofy gas and with slicks and got beat by a stock tired kat, wow. Way to go Mikey. |

Ok, help me out here as this pertains to the guys with the performance modified Prowlers. There was some serious talk about being the fastest in the 1/4. At this type of well organized speed event 2nd place = last place. Why didn't those seeking to get their best times put slicks on the Cat paws? I don't know a lot about car engines but even I can change a tire in a few minutes. ------------------ |

Hey Gary, don't forget Mike also did that with only a 50HP shot of nitrous for a kicker! ------------------ |

Hey now..........who did Mike out run??? Himself yea but I didn't think he raced anyone. I also offered both you and Mike to run my slicks, you know Gary, the slicks with the 15" wheels you said wouldn't fit..... no takers......its hard to be humble when you have the "Worlds Fastest Prowler"..........wish I had some goofy gas....... |

G.M, I'll be happy with mid 12's all day long. Dont need to be the fastest. But hey, you never know, it might all fall together. ------------------ |

Jerry I'm not going to set my sights too high-this way I'll get an achievable goal. I'm already doing more then I promised myself, but isnt that the way it goes? Goodbye warranty! ------------------ |

Hey now Butchee, I feel for you man. It hurts to give up that warranty but that feeling of G force........O what a feeling...........I guess if I play here I have to play by this clubs rules. And just a thought for you Gary, it must be very painfull for you to have slower et than a app. 320 hp prowler.........O the pain, the pain.......... Like yourself Jerry , this is not the first fast vehicle I've had. (actually, this one isn't fast yet) I just thought I'd kicked the g-force addiction! guess not ------------------ |

You may not lose warrantee yet guys. Search around and ask the right questions. We found a couple of friendly ones up here who state if our mods didn't cause the breakage it would be fixed. Then again, we've found some completely the other mind set too. |

Hey Jerry, is your car a 97? I can't remember. If it is, it's impressive what you've done considering you started with 215 hp, instead of 253. Also, congrads to Mike's 12.15, and Gary's top speed of 112 mph. Impressive numbers! You guys have paved the way for the rest of us...many thanks! ------------------ |

Impressive. I've tried to contact ATR to o-ring the block and put a Garrett turbo/intercooler combo on it so I can run 18-20 lbs. of boost, but running into room restrictions. I may have to just do what everyone else is doing and put a Paxton on it. ------------------ |

A turbo on a Prowler will not work well because of the intercooler problem, I have talked to many people and there is not enough room in the engine compartment to do it CORRECTLY. I love my Paxton but you should do the gears. The Car hits really hard now. Then you will have a car that runs as hard as it looks. Come on and join the Paxton Fun. ------------------ |
