My car is 100% street reliable. My record breaking run was done with a 50hp shot of nitrous, a stock (8 lbs boost) Paxton supercharger and street tires. ------------------ |

Mike, I'm about to do the SC thing as you know. What about the check engine lite? Do you set yours off often? Do I need a tech for resetting, or should I get the scan tool and do it myself? Any input will be a big help. Gonna see our(my)friend tomorrow ------------------ |

The only time my check engine light has ever came on was after I did the burnouts for Mopar Mag. I disconnected the battery, waited 5 minutes and hooked it back up and everything was fine. It would have been interesting to have waited till I got home and connected the DRB tool to check the error codes that it produced, oh well..... ------------------ |

Mike, do you think you got any aero gain from closing off the grill and removing the front fenders? Any difference in feeling from going fast with all that stuff open or on? -less floating around at high speed? ------------------ |

I have thus far not had any issues with my Paxton setup. I have had other non related issues but that is it. For those inquiring minds; Paxton has now given me more power as many of you know and I have been driving it ever since with no issues. If the Paxton kit is installed correctly it will work reliably. I will be taking a trip to Paxton again to yet get more power. Looking forward to that. Later... ------------------ |
