Could it be the next Kats are pearl white ??? 2002 is the last for the Kats as of now, maybe we will see white and finish up the run with candy apple red ....hmmmmmmmm ------------------ |

I made the remark that I saw my Cat under a yellow street light one night that turned the car white. It really looks good in white. Someone did the computer change to white, but it seems to be inaccessable now. ------------------ This message has been edited by butchcee on 03-15-2001 at 09:42 PM |

Al - why are you skipping rope - that white in New York City? Road tar, salt ghost flames, rock chips, RUST cancer,door dents from curteous NYers, slashed roof, etc.

White Cat... YUCK.... Al, don't blame you for not going into the city. Drove through a year ago in an Expedition, butt is still sore and still pissed about sitting in three hour backups. ------------------

Jeff, your right! Worse then trying to get out of DC on 95 during rush hour! At least the roads in Va are smooth. You should have seen it before Giuliani took over-traffic was worse and bums trying to wash your window on every corner. ------------------ |

Al, You haven't been down lately. The 95, 395, 495 interchange work has made it worse for now. I would say the roads are more smooth in VA but DC has a pot hole ever foot or two. Kind of reminds me of your neck of the woods. Never had the pleasure of a grimmy person cleaning my windows ------------------

Jeff, I was down last Turkey day. Drove the Cat. Great ride! Seems they've been working on that interchange and stretch of hwy for 10 years! They need to move Springfield to get it cleared up! I used to do the commute from Manassas to S.E. D.C. every day so I know a little about the place. Did a lot of work in Quantico and Ft Belvoir also. I have fond memories of the Old Dominion State and lived there 9 years. The N.Y. window cleaners and homeless population were a trip. I finally beat them at their own game by asking them for toll money before they started rubbing their dirty rags on my car. This even worked with the street people. Hit them up first as they dont expect it! I'll be down again in May.------------------ |

Al, The interchange has another 5-10 years to go according to the DOT folks. It will be outgrown by the time they have it finished. Progress.... You'll have to give me a heads up next time you are in town. Believe it or not I've never seen a yellow in person ------------------
