Just received mine in the mail today. "DaimlerChrysler Corporation has determined that some 1999 model year Plymouth Prowler vehicles do not comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 105 - Hydraulic Brake Systems. The problem is...The instrument panel brake system warning lamp on your Prowler (identified on the enclosed form) will not illuminate if a brake system hydraulic failure occurs. Of course, it informs you to take it to your dealer who will add a wiring jumper to the brake warning lamp switch circuit. Anybody else get this notice??? Hey Dan, no fair, you changed pics! Line lock! Does it work or just skid the fronts? After the gear set, power brake is out of the question-not that I could before the gearset ------------------ This message has been edited by butchcee on 02-06-2001 at 02:34 PM |

I had a jumper added last summer due to a recall. Not sure if it was for the same thing or not. ------------------ |

butchcee, I had just finished posting on the Saleen site and forgot to update my clipboard. I then realised the wrong image was placed here and had to replace it with what I meant to post. Here is what I was responding too on the Saleen site if your inquiring mind wants to know! Later... |
