Since my GTO will be in partial-resto this spring, I'm going there in the Prowler, April 20-21. I thought some of us cat-a-like owners might meet there and have some fun. Some motel/hotel rates in Carlisle are: Baymount INN ($69.00 - 2 Doubles) to Towne House/Hilton ($119.00 - King). Anyone interested? ------------------ |

April is called Spring Carlisle, Midlife. It is really an open meet for everything. Not specialized like some of the others. ------------------ |

I will probably be there although son't know about hte cat. Can we get a space for us because I think that spring carlise is just for vendors and cars for sale. been there before and it gets really packed in fact u have to park a mile away. we defintly need to get together for chrylsers at carlis. last year only three prowlers and a bunch of vipers. they even have a dyno there to us. keep us updated about whats going on. |

Just a quick update - there are no custom (GM, Chysler, etc.) shows...... just parts, vendors, swap-meet and lots, lots , lots of cars for sale / trade / etc. Parking is not available on grounds. Checked with local parking areas for "special" parking rates and security. I checked with the Getty station owner - (24 hr security) for parking across from Gate 3, $10 per car for 10 cars ---on Sat. April 21st , try and be there before 10:00 AM - or- no parking there. Traffic can be terrible after that or worse stuck in traffic. I need to confirm by Monday - Feb 5th the number of cars for parking. Dave Mills ? Thanks, "The" only color for a cat-a-like !

I can make it before 10:00, weather permitting. I don't slog around in the rain and mud anymore. It doesn't bother me if the Cat gets wet, but I don't like to get wet and muddy. MEANGENE, My wife and I can make either day. Since we store our cat in Hershey we would just stay overnight there if we decide to do both days. Count us in and keep us posted. Looking forward to meeting you and the others. Come on April! |

MeanGene, Unfortunately, my business prevents me from attending on Saturday, however Sunday is convenient. I do not mind paying for both days to keep the parking space available. MeanGene, How many do you have confirmed now? From the posts sounds like the parking spots are gone. Would you happen to know how far you are from Cleveland? Sounds like a good event to take the new and improved Parma Prowler out for her debut. ------------------ |

I don't think I will be ther with the prowler. i will probably just come up to see you guys. I am waiting for chryslers at carlise to bring the prowler up. its a better event anyway and we can get inside to show the cars off. |

I'm starting to wonder if I will make Carlisle. They haven't even started to clean the roads yet. The Cat isn't serviced or inspected. I hope they get the anti-skid cleaned up soon. ------------------ |

Weather permitting we will be there with our Prowler. Even if the weather is awful we will be there ourselves. |
