I'm on my third cat, one at a time, and the fabric has gotten loose. Anyone else have this problem? All three cats did the same thing. Can they be tightened? ------------------ |

It has happened to me, but only when it rains or its cold. When we drove to Oklahoma to see Patrick, my top was extremely loose while driving. ------------------ |

When I had convertibles in the 1960's and 1970's I would soak the top with a water hose, loosen the latches to relax the top and then let it dry in the sunlight. This would make them tight again for a while. Never had the problem with the Prowler since the top is always down. Nelson |

It was not designed to go 130 MPH!!! At those speeds it is a wonder it just did not blow off. Jay ------------------ |

quote: Steve, I had the same problem, there was not any method available to remove the sags, so the dealer OK'd the replacement. The new one fits and looks better than the old one. Ask and you shall receive |

My top gets a little stretched when the cat sleeps on it. |

I haven't noticed any looseness in my top. But here in Pennsylvania, its not down very often, if that matters. ------------------ |

Steve I always release the top when the car is stored or not in use so as not to stretch it. After two years and 7000 miles the top is still tight when it is fastened. LOL ------------------ |

"Nasty's" top started getting loose around 18K so we soaked it down with the hose and dried it with the Mrs. hair dryer. Looks tight again. |
