Do red shimmers glow at night and, this might sound peculiar, do they look red at night? I'm contemplating putting them on black bumpers. Thank you.

FYI... the Red Shimmers are produced from the same Red reflective material that is used on STOP signs. In fact the Red, Yellow, Silver (not chrome) and Black are all made from the same industrial reflective materials. In short, like a STOP sign, the Red will illuminate / Shimmer at night when any light strikes the surface. The chrome simply reflects like any chrome object.
