hi Mitch- I have the factory Prowler cover which I got at my local dealership for $170.00 + tax. I love it and seems like a lot of people have them.

Carl, easy on, and easy off with a real nice fit. Mostly it does a great job keeping a clean car clean. Same here with the price. Couple week turnaround from the dealer for me. Note that embroidery is only available in purple. |

It also has prowler on it. Fits like a glove. ------------------ This message has been edited by WildCat on 11-20-2000 at 06:48 PM |

Carl - Welcome back to the website, as you have been away for a month or so. Factory cover is nice - buy it from a local dealer parts counter. Less $$$ and you'll have it soon. Also, Big Sky car covers makes a nice cover to custom fit the Prowler for alittle less money. If you go to a dealer parts depart., ask them for a 10-15% discount for being a member of the Prowler Owners Association. They won't probably know what you mean, but they usually give you a price break just for the asking. ------------------ |

Gary, cover will fit in trunk, however it also makes a suitable cape...little extra tail for windy days, and see through license plate window acts like windshield when flying on rainy days. |

Hey now, my prowler came with a factory cover but I have only used it twice. I try to drive it daily so no time for the cover plus I keep my car in the garage so it stays clean............ |

PhxSuncat, I can't believe you let the "a little extra tail" comment go by without your comment. Are you okay? lol |

CJ I think you are right about the wiper thingies, and reasonably priced as well. We should also note per instruction manual,"BE CAREFULL TO KEEP COVER (CAPE) AWAY FROM EXHAUST PIPE!" |

Scott, car cover bag is gray cloth 22"x14"x12"with zipper top on 3 sides. Two carrying strapes and the same prowler script and logo cat on the front of the bag. Note: this will fit in trunk with the car cover in it, IT WILL NOT FIT with both covers in it. But if you have both why would you want to put it in the trunk? ------------------ |
