The 50/50 was a huge success just like the whole event, we sold $ 2370.00 worth of tickets with $1200.00 going to one ticket holder. George and Charlotte Carter(George C)won the huge prize, then the fun began, DavidN made one special colored GC Event shirt that everyone had signed and my friend Jeff Bloom auctioned it off, I think he started at $75 and quickly went to $300.00.
then we seperated the Men from the Boys. George C took it to 350 and I bumped him to 375, back and forth we went and I finally I joined the boys and George C paid $450.00 for a yellow one off GC Event shirt. Larry Lord and I agreed the money that we raised on the auction would go to MAKE-A-DIFFERENCE which means 2 kids in Africa will be getting each and artifical limb, I think we all can feel pretty darn good about that.

Mike Gatlin won the rear spoiler from TGF which by the way was redonated by George(*luckey*) Carter because he already has one, DavidN won the the Carlini Trans cover which DannyA so graciously put back into the raffle prizes because he just got one. Nyle, Jeff Bloom, Larry Lord and Sean Dougher won the radios. I really can't remember who won both but Ernie Lowe got one of the Sweetheart packages from Candice but I am sure got the other one, someone will please remind me.

In all, $1200 50/50 cash, $4000.00 prizes, $500.00 of awards, raise $450.00 for Make-a-difference and 40 goodie bags worth at least $30.00=$1200 given away, oops, almost forget the the poker run and scavenger hunt prizes which makes the grand total for the whole event of $8500.00 given away items for this GC Event.

I have just started and they will be a lot more too come.

Darn I just remember the group chipped in and bought a Valentine One Radar Detector for Larry Lord worth $473.00, so now we are $27.00 short of $9000.00 given away at this Event.

Darn again, I just remembered I bought a piece of Jewelry for a ladies prize at the Gold Mine which puts us above the $9000.00 mark.

no matter how you look at it, the Prowler Owners had a wonderful time and was able to give back to the attendee's and still give some $$$$$ for a good cause.
Congradulations on a job well done to all those responsible in making the GC an awesome event
