I've heard of a software upgrade to make the transmission shift harder, can the dealership do this? If so, what is this software upgrade called. I heard of this upgrade on http://www.prowlerexcitement.com |

Silver Y2K, I went to the dealership today and the tech told me that there was no upgrades available for my car.  Does anyone else have any info ? Thanks. ------------------ |

I was at the dealer today and asked him the same thing due to an old post. He was able to run a system check on my car and immediately said there is an update (2000 model, mfg 7/30/99. He did say that if my transmission is working ok now, don't change anything! PS. this tech has plenty of experience..has taken care of the "Larry Lord Prowler" |
