Karen, Beau & I would like to thank everyone for the terrific time we had at Cruisin the Coast 2000. It was really nice meeting & seeing everyone… I know we didn't get to meet everyone there in his or her Prowler, PT or Vette. But, it was a blast and the last five days are kind of running together… We cruised together, had lunch together, compared cars, raced each other, listened to the entertainment and mostly just enjoyed each other's company… And, that's what this is all about… Just passin` a good time…. I saw a total of 15 Prowlers (didn't get to meet three of the owners) and we saw at least 15 PTs. And, it was a lot of fun with the Prowlers and PT Cruisers cruising together… One of us David Reeves (AL 2000 Red Prowler 500 miles) won $2,000.00 in the Poker Run with a Royal Flush. The kids really enjoyed seeing the Woodward Prowler Go cart and Woodward battery operated Prowler. Although it took extra time for Jesse to setup his Woodward & trailer at each site, he felt his extra effort was worth the enjoyment it brought to all the kids. And, I think he's right. And, I'm sure there will be a few battery operated Prowlers under the Christmas tree this year for some young kids or grandkids… We had fun at the Gulfport Raceway. Here are our best times … Laddie Paxton Prowler - 13.6 And, Ladonna now rules in the Zell household after she beat husband Cliff's best time at the drag strip. Lots of entertainment … Percy Sledge, Johnny Rivers, Platters, Neil Sedacka, on & on… See yall next year…. Jesse & Sally, Bobbie & Stephanie, Don, Jerry, Rachel & Sean, Cliff & Ladonna, Phil, Gwen & Vinnie, Karen & Beau, Billy, Marvin, David & Kay, Steven (97 Pr), Steven L., Billy & Nancy, Denise & Tammy, Bob (NJ), Keith & Patty, Sal & Norma, Russell & Kathy, Sidney & Adele, Joe, Jerry, Don, Jim, David & Tammy, & Chuck, Barry & Dottie, Joe, Felix & Mary, Bill & Jeanie, and all the other find folks we met…
