It seems that everything posted in the events section mostly goes unnoticed.

I prefer to post event information in the events section as I feel that the discussion forum should be for prowler related questions and answers. It seems though that the only way to get something seen is to post it in the general discussion forum.

What are your feelings on this?

I think both places are fine, anytime I see a yellow bulb I read away.

I don't miss anything.

for me,your events are too far away, so my choice would be to keep events in that section, and keep the general discusion here.

I read the events section too. Unfortunately most of the events are too far away for me to attend. I think that the events should remain in the Events Section too

I read the events section often. That is the place for the detailed facts of a event to take place be posted. Having said that, I feel it to be important to flash simple reminders in the discussion forum to refresh minds and interest to the events. Just one cat's opinion!

Hi Larry - I also read the events section - also and sadly find that your events are toooo.. far away. So that tells me that either the weather in the other areas is poor at this time of year OR no one has taken the time to arrange even a simple tour.

Either way - KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK - it is appreciated by all that can attend and ENVYED by those (like me) that can't !!

I also must believe that there are local impromptu cruises to breakfast, car shows, fairs etc that just never get posted.

Larry,

I read events sometimes. I too cannot make most events. Agree with SunCat that details should be in events section. Post in this forum reader digest version.

I have posted on event for local stuff in Indiana. Hope it catches on next year as here in Mid West it is time to start thinking of HIBERNATION

Keep up the great work on the west coast and we will all read details for WOODWARD DREAM CRUISE in the events section for 2001
