I'm a chrysler Dealer in tulsa, ok . Just looking at some of the post, it seems that some of you know more about the production of Black ties than I do. How can I find out where my Black tie edition is? I Know that i'm getting one , just don't know when. Thanks in advance. |

August 17th we were at the CAAP Plant and they were working on the Black TIE and production is close if done with by this time. Did that help? It should be soon. |

Mike, they only worked 2 days since Sept. 30th, yesterday and today. That is 28 tops. I am not arguing that I am right, I don't know. I just repeated what I read, since I was surprised, too. I can believe any number, and what I read is not necessarily correct. Anybody else know for sure? |

HiHo, that is probably it. If they build 70 a week, that would put them in the low 170s after Friday. I thought 105 was awfully low but didn't know what the total was supposed to be so GaryC was on it. When do they change from Plymouth to Chrysler? |

Probably same time of year they switched from 2000 to 2001 (August?). They may accelerate it since they are killing off the Plymouth name. I'm sure they will sell just as well but the name Chrysler Prowler just doesn't have the same ring as Plymouth Prowler. Shame. |

Okay, here's the real scoop: 150 Black Ties to be built for U.S. Total: 163 Black Ties The to-date number is irrelevant. It changes daily, triggered by the numbers shipped. Lance, please call the number that I emailed you - help is waiting! |
