Just got a call today from the dealers insurance company they are going to total the car. They said I should recieve a check in the next few days. Im glad this nightmare is over. Philly |

Congrats! Shoulda happened a long time ago! See if you can get those killer floor mats back - hang 'em on the wall of the garage, and never put them in a car again! Glad it's all over - and in your favor!. |

I felt from the beginning the car would be totaled, from your description of the damage....hope the insurance check is enough to replace your car with....the best part is the DEALERS insurance is getting stuck with the bill, not yours....believe me, this will probably cost him many insurance dollars down the road, you will get the last laugh sorry you had to lose your car this way, but now you can go shopping AGAIN....Y2K YELO X 3 |

Sad part, the car will probably be rebuilt, title cleaned and be for sale to some unsuspecting enthusiast....when this is settled, give us a description of the car and the last 4 # of the vin...it will probably appear a state or so away at some point in time......there have been some Vipers hitting the auctions that were totaled at a point in their life....keep us informed if you can...
