In the past few months the big deal re: performance was the supercharger. To a lesser extent now its gears. With the supercharger, dyno runs with horsepower and torque charts and graphs with nice colorful curves were put forth. With the gears, rpms are highlighted. Well, this information is really nice and useful to an extent. I'm glad its available. But why the heck aren't 1/8, 1/4 and 0-60 times put forth assuming sea level, dry conditions? This is an important area, among others, to many Prowlers owners. I have this 6,500 horsepower turbo charged locomotive and can give you one hell of a dyno run but does anyone care? 0-60 in about 5 minutes. Terrible hp/weight ratio. choooo choooo |

Thanks Gary. How about from the manufacturer's or distributors of the superchargers, nitrous and gears? Why don't they specify approximate times so we know what performance improvement to expect Re: times? We're not asking for a guarantee. |

What kind of performance can I expect? Fastest ET to Date: 12.87 second quarter mile at 106 mph, at sea level with stock tires. 0-60 mph equal to a stock Viper R/T 10. Prowler Pro is featured in the September 2000 issue of Mopar Action magazine and you may have seen us on the Hot Rod magazine 2000 power tour. http://www.prowlerpro.com/comparisons.htm
