Well, PhnxSuncat, you will be happy to know that Gary C. has been crowned "The Woodward Hat Smasher"!

On Saturday, I arranged for one of our security guards to go up to the loft with Peter Goertz and find Gary. Peter pointed out Gary to her and she told him that there was some damage to his car and she needed him to come down and look at it. He came downstairs to his car. At that time, Carol and I came running out of the bushes with those big power blaster water guns and plastered him! He tried chasing me to get the water gun, but to no avail! He did, however, throw Carol in the bushes and wounded her!!! I then presented him with a ratty, old T-shirt with "The Woodward Hat Smasher" printed in red on it and told him he had to display it on his car!

Needless to say, he declared war!

To be continued...........

CJ and Carol: EXCELLENT - that you both got him with the water cannons, hope he got soaked. GREAT - that he got his new title and tee-shirt, he earned it! YES - he is "The Woodward Hat Smasher", and will NOT live it down! And thanks to poor David, who got his new hat crushed from the abusive driving habits of Gary C. I'll bet his first thought was when he hit it - "hope Suncat doesn't hear about this!". David, still waiting to see photos of the HAT, and the butcher and his cat that did this injustice. I will be contacting Mike to assemble a ProwlerOnline tribunal, to evaluate this criminal act and the punishment for it. COMMENTS WELCOME! CJ and Carol - Thanks again for the time and hard work that the both of you put into making the Woodward event as special as it was. Looking forward to meeting both of you in 2001! This story to be continued!!!!

I think I am going to have to hire a bodyguard now! Waiting for the next attack! What I forgot to mention: At lunch on the day we went to the CAAP plant and to Harold Sullivan's collection, Gary arranged for the wait staff to bring out a huge sundae with a candle in it. Everyone proceeded to sing "Happy Birthday" to me. Problem was, it wasn't my birthday! For the rest of the weekend, Tony Goertz played "Happy Birthday" on his new car horn every time I went by his car, cruising down the road, etc.! My only comment to Gary was:"The weekend isn't over yet!" Hence the counter attack! Actually, I had talked to one of the policemen who were stationed on our street and I was going to have them arrest him for smashing hats! The officer disappeared for a while, so we had to improvise. I say he got off easy!!!

CJ- Gosh, it would have been special to have a police officer handcuff him, for Hat Abuse! I remember it mentioned back in June, that he plays that "birthday jig" out to the max at all Prowler gatherings. It is funny I'll admit. We will have to pull out all stops, for next year's event. He is OUR"S for August, 2001. Time is on our side to plan out "The Sting". Already have an idea. I will keep in touch, Larry S.

Sure, I see! You like the birthday joke, but don't want to be the target yourself. Play, and Pay!
