Well it's sad to see some of you are having fun at the PPC's and my expense. I find it interesting that Mike Krehel has "donated" a website for people to "have a PPC alternative" however you all spend so much time talking about us anyway. Most of the comments I have read on prowleronline concerning the PPC are down right nasty and lack truthful facts. Do you think this makes prowleronline or the POA a better place to be? I think NOT!

In the past I had decided to let you have your PPC, Nowell Herman, Jim The Web Guy, Johnny Tribble and now Martha bashing party without a single comment from me. I believe the people who have the need to bash others are trying to benefit themselves at the expense of the people they are bashing. Point in fact, bash the PPC and attempt to bring PPC members to the POA.

This business of saying the PPC copied the Prowleronline website, oh please! Need I remind everyone that the PPC website has been around for over two years. Prowleronline uses the exact same Discussion forum as the PPC, the same exact chat room as the PPC and a month or so ago Prowleronline actually took (PPC created) advertising banners from the main page of the PPC website and used them on their websites main page. After several private emails requesting the banners be removed it was not until our webguy “Jimmy” publicly confronted prowleronlines’ webdude “Chris” on the prowleronline discussion forum that they were finally removed. Also don't forget it took the merger of two websites (prowleronline and prowler.on.ca) to compete with prowlerclub.com. Who is copying who here, it’s obvious.

Before this post I had never said a public word about the POA or prowleronline, if I had badmouthed the POA or prowleronline I would be no better then the ones who are bashing the PPC. Alternatives are the way of the world but this PPC bashing is out of control. The reason I never commented before is I have learned my lesson, getting into debates with rebel rousers is a loosing proposition for everyone.

Larry Lord, you need not evaluate me, calling me a little man, if you have something to say, you be a man and call me directly. Remember it was you in our last conversation that gave me an ultimatum, “it’s me or Johnny Tribble”. When I said I would not fire Johnny and that I hoped the two of you could work together, you said “absolutely not, you need to learn how to control that animal” and then hung up the phone on me. Larry that childish behavior sums up your integrity and shows how unprofessionally you handle a situation you can’t control. It seems control is a big issue with you. Also, you were the one who said you wanted nothing to do with the PPC why would you want to use the PPC members only section anyway?

All this school yard behavior will ultimately hurt all the Prowler owners. Sometimes I think people forget it’s not about prowlerclub.com and the PPC, or prowleronline, and the POA it’s about all of us, the Prowler owners.

Here is a perfect example of how unfair play hurt 46 Prowler owners. Several weeks ago CJ Longstreth came on the Prowler Club website and accused the PPC of “SABOTAGE” she said the PPC's Friday events were directly trying to sabotage Carol Shcultz's Woodward event, the truth is we did nothing but try to support Carols event so much so that Tom Kalski (PPCVP) and Myself are attending the event. In the same post, I just spoke about, CJ said the following;

“ I do not understand the fascination with the paint plant ”MSX”. People do not understand that asking to tour this plant actually jeopardizes the quality of the paint and potential losses in output of painted parts. Many types of antiperspirants cause lingering contamination issues within the plant. Is it fair to do that to people who are waiting for cars that they hope are as perfect as the one you already have?”

First, the PPC has been through the MSX paint plant two other times, they provide all touring members a lab type over coat and goggles, be real if there was a potential for paint problems DC surely would not have let us go through the first two times. So where is the sabotage, here… I received a phone call from the MSX plant manager late last week, he informed me that the PPC’s MSX tour had been canceled just two weeks before we were scheduled to go. This tour had been scheduled for several months, I asked who canceled it, I was told by two different people that it was canceled by a DC executive Bob Longstreth, CJ’s husband. I asked for a reason I was told it would delay production. Reality is that it did not delay production the first two times why would it delay it now, you figure it out! So 46 Prowler owners are the ones who loose they will now not get to tour MSX.

I must comment on the accusation that the PPC charges people for merchandise before we ship it. The answer is that human error can certainly occur however for the majority of our customers’ orders the answer is absolutely NOT. Regarding the post by Todd Emerson, I pulled Todds orders, he ordered a K&N air filter and cleaning kit from us, we billed his credit card the same day we shipped the order. As for the mudflaps, yes there is a backorder in our system for a set of front mudflaps, which has not been shipped or billed to his credit card at this point. It is not our rule but the rules of being a credit card merchant, you cannot charge a card before you ship the customer’s items and that is how the PPC runs. As for membership kits, it is within our rights to run a credit card or cash a payment check the day their membership benefits start, remember the membership kit is just part of the members benefits.

As for the membership kits, I admit kits ship slowly from the PPC, only so many hands to row the boat here at PPC headquarters, we do our best. For the most part people have been extremely happy when they receive the member kits and they have been very pleased with its contents. As for the four quarterly issues of Prowl the reality is when the members joined that are now being asked to renew the idea of Prowl magazine did not even exist, however, I have full intentions of sending them the next four issues. People like Ray Szull have implied that Prowl magazine does not even exist well Ray sorry to have to prove you wrong but watch your mail box. As for the Membership cards it is a problem we are working on remedying right now.

Inclosing, I am sure most of you will read my post and make your own logical decisions (PPC or POA, prowlerclub.com or prowleronline or maybe both) and some of you will just love to rip my post into little tiny sections and reply to each and every word. This is my one and only comment on this subject, I will not post again.

In the past I have heard some people say “I don’t join clubs”,or "I'm not a club kinda person" I can now understand. It’s time to stop all the mud slinging, let the people who want to enjoy the PPC, enjoy and let the people who want to enjoy the POA, enjoy. Why not enjoy both, remember this whole "Prowler Clubs" thing is about the enjoyment of sharing your love for the Prowler with others, it’s not about bickering, egos, whos who, etc.

It's time to cut out the nonsense or ultimately it will kill both clubs.

As usual, Nowell Herman doesn't seem to have his facts straight.

1) I never accused him of sabotage. I said that there was no reason that all of the Prowler owners couldn't enjoy the activities of both groups. It was Nowell Herman who stated on his website that it was not necessary to attend our events. Nowell Herman doesn't seem to be able to handle the fact that other people can plan events that are just as or more successful than his own. He was not trying to work with us, he was working against us. Apparantly, he has figured out that we knew what we were doing with regard to the Woodward Cruise and he didn't so now he is attempting to join forces and make it look like he was on our side the entire time. Not true. Anybody ask why he fired Carol Schultz?

2) The post with regard to the paint plant some time ago was not actually made by me. It was made through me. Nowell Herman, if you have an issue with Bob Longstreth and the decision regarding the paint plant, perhaps you should be contacting him. The decision was made quite some time ago and it was failure on MSX's part that they waited so long to inform you. The decision was strictly a business decision - not a personal vendetta as you want everyone to believe. I suggest you contact Bob Longstreth and he will explain DC's business operations and decisions to you.

And if you have any issues with me, then you should be contacting me directly instead of your usual board bashing methods.

Tony ... as always ... BRAVO! Well put and handled like the gentlemen you are. I liked the Int'l site you had started because I did find the registry VERY helpful ... something I would have expected at the other place.

Bryant ... welcome, also. You will find a wealth of info here, support and uninterupted lively banter ... hope you enjoy all facits of the POA.
