If you know someone that wants to go but doesn't have an email ( or access ) - just leave email field on the form blank. Please only "Send" a request once. |

Hi - I am sorry to say that in my haste to make a form so that you may request the Black T invitations, I omitted to include your street address in the email. Obviously this is very important if you are to receive the invitation. As a result - If you have requested before Noon on Saturday 22, please complete the request form again. The good news is that none of the requests will be processed until Monday so we have not prolonged the process. Sincerely -- Tony |
