I picked up my silver Prowler in early March and ordered some touch up paint that day. My dealer still has not been able to supply me with some. Anyone else having a problem procuring paint or does anyone have a resource where I can get some? Also, I had a bird poop on the roof. I cleaned it as soon as I got home but there is a light white spot I can't seem to get out. Any suggestions? Thanks. |

Tom, I have been able to get both the Touch-Up Paint Bottle and the Spray bottle. You should not have a problem getting either. Try a different dealership. Although, I do have a Red Prowler and maybe there is a problem getting other colors. Try using a small amount of black shoe polish on it. I mean small incase you don't like the way it looks. Or you might try a black permanent marking pen. If you want to try and remove it, try using a toothbrush. ------------------ |

Tom, I to have a silver Prowler and have been unable to get the bottle of the touch up paint. I have however purchased two spray cans. I was working on a plastic model of a prowler and wanted to paint it the same color . I even had a problem with one of the spray cans. The paint cam out looking very flat. The other can was fine. I'm glad I wasn't using it on my car. Next time I go to the dealer (have an oil change due very soon) I will check on the bottles and try and get a new can. ------------------ |

Tom: I also have a silver and unable to get touch-up paint. Ordered from one dealer and waited a month. Ordered from another dealer, who said it would be at dealership in three days, that was six weeks ago. Maybe you guys going on the plant tour could ask at the store there if there is a problem getting silver touch-up bottles? Gary - I'll promise NOT to run over and flatten your new Lord hat that you got recently! Just today, a local dealership called and said they got a it in. I asked are you sure it is the silver for the Prowler: "We are not sure, will check and get back to you." What ever happened to follow thru? Nobody knows Jack crap anymore! Gary, thanks for letting me vent. Larry, AZ-POA |

No problem getting either type of touch up for yellow. It came in the week after my dealer ordered it. |
