I told her I would put a post "here and there" to see if those with the same interests could help. She's looking for one now, not in 3 months, will pay a little over sticker, would like the Touring package, and the closer to Houston, the better (but not a necessity). Thanks in advance for any leads....happy 4th....and prowl or PT on!!! Best regards - B ps....any prowlers in Houston getting together anytime soon? It's been a while since we have had a date? |

Try yahoo classifieds, saw a lot of Prowlers there when I was looking for one, dealers advertise new cars there. There should be some PT's in there. www.traderonline.com dealers also run ads for new cars. Go to the Chrysler site and do a dealer search for your area. This is very helpful. The Truth of the matter is they have over 225,000 orders this year and only producing about 110,000 PT's. Here in San Diego they are going for 5000 to 8000 over sticker, ouch. Best of Luck.

Mello: was just at www.autotrader.com - two pages of PTs for sale. seen atleast one like you stated=$23,000. Offer $21,000 to that dealer and see what happens. Its a dealer's market right now. In 18 months, you can buy it for $150 over invoice.Buy it for her, she will look good in it! |

I bought ours on Ebay, a 2001 Limited Edition, Silver. Paid 24,600 which is actually a fair price considered. As long as your willing to pay about 5 over sticker, you can get it. I also have the ability to research a cars history if it is used, so if I can be of assistance in that area, feel free to drop me an email. :) |

Mellow, Keep looking. They can be had for sticker. I ordered mine at the end of March for sticker with a $500.00 deposit. I have been tracking it and it is due in to the dealer in the next 2 weeks. I will have to say since I ordered mine the dealer has since put a mark up of $5,000 on them, letting them go for a mark up of $2,000. I'm not sure if he would still sell one at sticker or not but there are dealers out there who will. Good luck |
