Wow.....

I think I would have had to call my brothers Smith & Wesson.... They seem to handle situations like that well.

Wow, that's incredible! I'm shocked! Imagine, calling for a cable installer and someone actually showing up! And a mere 3 hours late! That's better than my Mediacom service.

Hell, I'd accept a little house damage and terror if my cable service was that responsive.

My cable company used to have a deal where if they were late, they paid you $25. I musta got $300 out of 'em that way. Maybe I should rethink my strategy a little more from now on...
