I Never open anything, if eBay or PayPal needs to get in touch with you they will not ask for your password info. I almost fell for one a few weeks ago when I got a notice that there was a charge to my PayPal account from some watch dealer who was trying to charge my account $1,200.00 !

Usually they do not use your name in the heading. This time they used my email address. Usually it just says, "member". I have won several foriegn lotteries so even if I get scammed on eBay I will still be solvent. lol
