WOW! Great turnout from the Texas folks Curtis, I can see you are having a great time! I recognize many faces,,,,,, some still posted at the post office! Did Randall and Ward try to get out without paying again? The Arizona group [aka,Prowler Trash] could have done better on the Curtis '05 Tour turnout, but trying to get people to go out for dinner on Valentine's Day evening presented a tough challenge. The Tour continues to Dallas next. Drive safe Curtis! |

Well as Rich has stated, it was Great to meet Curtis and Buddy last night. It was personally for me, an honor to meet such a terrific and humble yet strong person like Curtis. Here are some other pics that Johnny Colunga sent me and I've lightened them up a bit. Curtis, Debe and I wish you all the health and wealth in the future that you can stand!! Curtis with Cake. Awesome job Rich. Logo looks familar?? :-) Curtis and I talk Service Manager stuff. He is and I was.. RADCAT Rich expresses how we all feel within the POA family. Curtis expresses his heartfelt thanks to all for the turnout . Curis, we just hope this makes up in some small way, for you not being able to make the Texas Event last year. Same picture as the one above but lightened up so you can see the people a bit better...

Like I have said in post's before the POA is like one BIG extended family! It is great when you travel to be able to hook up with owners across the country for dinner , lunch , coffee what ever they have time for. Curtis, keep cruisin! ------------------ |

Thanks for the comments..... i had great pleasure hosting the get together in Houston, on Curtis's Tx leg of his "Victory Tour". This would not have been as great if the Houston area Prowler owners hadn't taken the time out of our busy lives to attend the party, THANK YOU ALL! Curtis had sent me an email, that he didn't think that after all this time and so very far away, that he would be able to meet me. i found Curtis to be a very genuine and humble individual, i hope we made it very memorable for him and also Buddy C. who escorted him down here! the cake came out better than i could ever have imagined, and even the decorative top was ALL EDIBLE, so edible that the chocolate cake was devoured, except for a small piece, that was taken home by Priscilla. THANKS TO EVERYONE THAT ATTENDED !!! Rich |

I have to say that this was the biggest surprise of the whole trip, the whole crowd that showed up on a friday night after working all day and some of them driving over 100 miles to get there, and the mix was somthing to behold from long time members of many years on the POA to a young lady with a one week old cat and her first event get together I couldnt have asked for or planed a better time. Not only was the cake a site to behold but also was very good to the taste budds. I was given an official badge and am now a member of the South Texas group along with my home POA family the Nor Cal POA, I think that is somthing special belonging to two groups however not to sure how many of the Texas functions I will be attending in the near future. thanks to all that attended curtis |

What a great night!! Curtis- it was good to finally meet you! We all hope you had a nice night in Houston! The turnout of the Texas group was excellent. We got there a little after six and I think it was after ten thirty when I rolled out! It's nice to see the regular group again and to be able to meet the new members. Good job Rich on putting things together! Now lets get some decent weather for the Galveston Event. |
