Dan Pena has some stock black panels he wants to unload. Your car looks good but I want to see it in person. Can you extend your road trip to OH? lol

Ed why dont you drag that ol stock cat out of the snow and meet me at the Fishers when I get to Dallas wish I could make it a longer road trip but been married 39 years this year and never been away from Kathy for more the about 3 or 4 days at a time and not sure I can take even the two weeks I plan on being gone as it is.

besides that if you saw my car in person you would no longer be able to keep your car stock the thrill would overwhelm you.

Curtis, I have been to Texas and it never stops raining. lol.
I hope you have a tremendous trip. Stay off the 407, too. Wash your hands thoroughly after meeting Alley Cat. Take some pictures, talk to the locals, take your time and savor every minute of it. You deserve it. You missed the Texas Stampede by 8 months, but what the heck, you tried.

I agree with all above in that it looks better without the flames. Great 2 tone paint job!

Curtis I have to go look but I think I have a set of stock orange panels that came from Bruce Coveys car. If I have them I am sure we can work something out. I will go looking this weekend and if I still have them I know they are spotless.

I am going to go against the flow here. I personally thought the custom side panels looked better with the flames. Possibly this is why you are seeking stock side panels. Otherwise I like the new look. I would love to see it in person.

Wow.

Big wow.

Big difference.

Really really like it. But then I'm partial to two tones. Well done Curtis - it looks great.

If it's not inappropriate for me to ask, what did it cost to have it painted like that? I'm planning on two toning mine and I'm curious as to what a "fair" price to paint the upper portion of the car would be. Looks like they did a really nice job.

Are you looking to swap side panels to "lose" the vents? If you haven't drilled the panels behind them, you can use a piece of dental floss to take them off - use a little "goo-gone" to get rid of the residue and they'll look just like new.

BTW, a hearty congrats on your recovery. Chalk up another victory for the power of prayer

Bob R/R thanks for looking into that for me I go back to work the first of march so maybe if the price is right I could do the best of both worlds and have two sets.

Buck the car got hit on a road trip and the insurance paid to repair the paint damage was enogh to cover the two tone job total cost was $1500.00 but yolu have to remember that California price highest labor rates in the world.

Rich Im with you and yes thats the reason for a side panel change have no graphics to set them off the way it is, really I like the car both ways.

oh yah the vents are real panels are cut and the vent do work also have light in them teal and red.
