How do you prefer to display your Prowler collection?

In the box unassembled/unopened!

Out of the box assembled!

Display case/shelves!

Out in the open so the kids can play chop shop!

I know we have collectors from casual to compulsive, I would love to see pics posted of your displays and collections. What do you consider your prized possesion, pics please.

As for my Diecasts some opened , some still in sealed boxes, all displayed in Curio Cabinets, where no one can touch them. I have been building my own 1/24 scale Maisto in each color with correct trim and wheels and added details. I have completed the following 99 Purple(silver wheels), 99 Yellow (grey bumpers , silver wheels), 99 Black (grey bumpers), Woodward, Silver & Black Tie. I am working on a 99 Red. Next will be Orange. I still want to do a 99 Purple & 2000 Yellow (both with chrome wheels, black bumpers on the yellow 00) Then I will start on the Chryslers. After the Red 99, I have run out of chrome wheels and have to buy more kits. My other extensive Prowler collectibles are stored away until I both have room for and can get a display like you see in Dept Stores (large jewelry counter for example).
I also have two 1/24 Danbury Mint Purple Prowlers (the finest Prowler Diecast made) one is pulling a trailer made form a plastic kit. I also collect 1/43, 1/32 & 1/18 scales.

I will try and post pictures tonight or later this week. It will take several pictures.

Love to see the pics Rich, sounds like a great collection, especially the building your own series. I finally ran across a red with black bumpers and chrome wheels. You probably have it already but if not it is Maisto's "Assembly Line series". I have found red with flames and also Woodward. They are packaged with both silver and chrome wheels...maybe a source for spares for your future projects.

Most of mine are in the package. Some in display case. They are everywhere. I have bought a jewlery display case to put some in but they are not there yet.

Mike why don't you make a road trip and visit all the Prowler owners and see their collection. You are welcome anytime.

I have bought a digital camera but stil have not figured out how to post a photo.

I took photo's last night to post for Ed of my Dark GREEN & Candy Red Prowler but it was too big to post.

I have about 200 die cast cars in different scales. About 40 1/18th scale out of the box on shelves all over the house.

I have 34 Prowlers at last count and my favorites are the 1/43 Eagle Race series. They are nicely detailed and I like the Anson 1/18th scale as well.

I recently transfered the chrome wheels and exhaust system from a 1/18th Black with flames to my Silver Anson to make an exact replica of my 2000 Silver Prowler with chrome wheels. It took awhile because of the small screws , fender transfers, and steering setup but was worth the end results! I used a permanent black marker to blackout the gray bumpers. It looks great and is now my favorite car in the collection.

I like to play with mine and move them around occasionally. I have some placed under my two foot fibre optic Christmas tree that makes it looks colorful and festive!

I am working on a display case for my Johnny Lightnings. I have about 75 plus in packages I want to display.

I use the small size California duster to dust my 1/18th scale cars and use McGuires Quick Detail spray to really shine them up on occasions.

It is fun to collect all the cars you have owned, or want to own.

Happy Holidays Everyone!

Do you guys have all of the Major League Baseball prowlers made by White Rose Collectibles? They were released in 1997 and there are 30 teams plus two extras for the Marlins World Champions.
