OK PC geeks! If you can help me I would appreciate this...

Many links in POA and in emails go to web pages with videos. I can't get my PC to display the pages. I get the blank white page saying cannot find the page or something like that. I have XP with SP2. Any ideas? Is this Microsoft's way of adding security to my web browsing?
