We just talked to our son who is back east in Temperance MI. Cold and nasty there. Sunny and mid 70's here. Too bad the Prowler is in the shop getting a nose job. The following were taken within the last five minutes.

Gotta love it.

I'm a law student. I'll be done with law school on December 9.

Cold and nasty?? It was in the low 50's here. That's not bad for November here. It was sunny/party cloudy. Supposed to get warmer during the week. Still Prowler driving weather!

I played golf without a jacket (or a clue about how to play). Played lousy but it is still nice to get out and play in the middle of Nov. with just a shirt, no jacket.

Ok, ok, I admit I've never been to San Diego, although I hear it's a GREAT place. I do want to visit sometime. But I like four seasons and cold weather and I especially like skiing down a mountain on a cold sunny day!

Actually, the good part about living in Southern California is that snow is usually a 2 hour drive away, as is the desert!

Yeah, in So. Cal. you can drive almost a mile in 2 hours, unless there is heavy traffic, then it will take a lot longer.

Lived in Del Mar for 28 years, the traffic is terrible, then moved inland to Fallbrook and 78 was a parking lot. Glad to be back in Indiana, traffic here is like 10 minutes.

Can't wait for a cold snowy weather.

28 years of summer and living on the beach gets old quick.

I'm not terribly fond of snow, but I do love the change of seasons......each one is special. I've lived in worse places than Michigan and I've lived in others I'd rather be. Someday I will be where I want.......

I completely agree with CJ...snow aside except around Christmas and the Holiday season...but the fall in the north is pretty spectacular.Warmth is nice and there are certainly advntages to that, but personally the change of season is just fine by me!

Northern California has nice weather too....

In the surrounding Bay area of San Francisco, morning is a bit chill, then the sun comes out, then evening gets cold again....

We do see some Fall's weather here. No snow, but the coldness does gives you the coziness of the holiday season. Its started to feel like Christmas here already, with all the decoration.

Remember if you don't like snow or cold that Michigan offers then go out and buy a snowmobile then you will learn to love winter. It worked for me.(but I still travel all winter)
