Greetings from one of the battleground states. To me, this election was too important to just vote. Me and my family decided to make a difference this election and volunteered to help get out the vote for President Bush in one of the critical battleground states and are on the task force.Let me tell you this is amazing. Hundreds of thousands of folks have signed up from all over the country. Today I was working with a gentleman that actually works for President Bush along with a Marine of 17 years. The responses we are getting from folks is equally amazing. Almost everyone is for the President. Do your part and VOTE November 2nd.

Kerry stated today in an interview that he has 10,000 lawyers at the ready... Too bad he won't get the chance to use them when Bush walks away with it. In case anyone experiences any problems voting, There is a number set up to report problems to. It's my understanding that they will dispatch someone to straighten out the issue right away. However, knowing the Kerry camp, it's just a number set up to count problems. Who knows? I don't know if its just for locals to use or not, but the number is: 1-866-my-vote-1.

And HE's in favor of tort reform ... more lawyers, bigger government, higher taxes and oh yeah, higher elevation for a terrorist threat here at home most likely too if Scarry Kerry gets elected.

My wife & I early voted. It took her 1.5 hours in mid-afternoon. Early voting precincts here are flooded. Before early voting was in, I absentee voted. People laugh at me when I say that I want my vote in as soon as possible just in case I may die before November 2nd! Yellow Fever thanks for your service to W! My wife and I help many in local and state races. My son is a monitor for Kids Voting at his school. This is a great program that helps kids understand the political process and gets them involved early. Heck, I learned a few things helping him. ------------------

Well, today is the day (lawsuits aside) when we choose the man to lead us all for the next 4 years.I honestly believe that man to be President Bush based upon everyone I am talking to and seeing (and believe me, this has been alot of folks in these last 3 days of 14 hour shifts). We are hearing an aweful lot about voter fraud on the left. We witnessed one guy getting pulled over for pulling up every Bush sign he could find. Honest to God these folks are rabid that their side must win. It's pathetic. We have even heard stories of paid kerry hacks standing in early voting lines to make them look longer so as to turn folks off from voting. I have no idea if that is true but, based on other things I have seen, I wouldn't doubt it. Remember to vote and God Bless America!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the morning radio stations here put together a selection of Kerry's speeches, it's amazing he will talk to one group and be for something then turn around and talk to another group and do the flip and be against itMike

And it wouldn't be necessary of the Republicans and President Bush IF Kerry hadn't made it clear that was going to be his intentions and "game" plan! BamaKat ... just like the loser going hunting, but NOT carrying out his game ... Wants to have it both ways! God help us if he gets elected ...

Wow are you biased! So your saying Bush only planned that because of what Kerry said? Come on!! That's almost childish.

Dude ... it was Kerry's claim for some time now ... not even AS numbers were coming in, but as an advanced threat. Almost like "I'm not gonna let what happened to Gore happen to me!" So yes, I would agree, Kerry does some off as childish -- you're right.

I was stating what I had heard. Actually seen. I saw Kerry state that himself in an interview. I hadn't seen, nor heard anything about Bush having attorneys, so it's a little hard for me to comment on that, or to state it up front when I posted that about Kerry. I wasn't reporting biasedly, as you hint at. Now that it's been brought up, what I HAVE heard Bush state in interviews, is that he has no intention of filing any lawsuits. And that he hopes none are started by his opponent. I'm sure that if one is filed by Kerry, Bush will be prepared to defend on it. If what you state is true on Bush's atty count, I believe this would be the reason for it.This message has been edited by idive on 11-02-2004 at 11:32 PM

Yesterday was an EXTREMELY long day. At the polls at 6 a.m., poll watching till 10:30 a.m., standing outside with a group of veterans for President Bush in the freezing cold rain of New Hampshire till 7:00 that night. We were up all night at the headquarters and Victory parties. Me, my wife, and two kiddos (yes, then even volunteered too - they are 6 and 8) are exhausted but, it was worth it!One of the vets I was standing with was a Swift boat captain (retired). I could write for hours the stories he was telling me. Suffice it to say, kerry is a complete phoney. While President Bush didn't carry New Hampshire, it sure didn't damper the spirits of the republicans getting out and voting. Ironically, I was told the reason that President Bush didn't carry NH is that alot of democrats from Taxachusetts moved here to avoid the high taxes imposed by democrats yet these same folks just keep voting democrat. Maybe by the next state they will figure it out! With all the media bashing on this president, with all the left naysayers, with all the "Rock the Vote", "Vote or Die" (what the hell does that mean?), this president, President Bush has carried the vote by 4 MILLION VOTES!!! God Bless America!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As the mother of a son who is military and out there defending the freedoms we have (one of those being to vote) I hope that however this turns out, that we come together, move forward and work to make this country strong and united against those who would prefer that we were divided.
