I do not have/want/use PayPal, and I get 2-3 those/day! One reason I don't use them.

I use PayPal and have never had a problem with it. I have received both of the above scam notes and just ignored and erased them.

I forward EVERY one of them to spam@eBay, even the Paypal spams. eBay owns PayPal, I think. They need to clean it up.

I got one the other day that I deleted that was rather unique in it's approach. It followed the typical Nigeria money scheme, only this one played off your sympathies and religuous convictions. In short, something like:
My husband died and left all this money. I have cancer and have been given 3 months to live. We had no children and wanted the money to go to someone who is God fearing and will give the monies to help people. If you are a good Christian that will give this money away to the needy, give us your info. You must hurry since I have very little time left.
Sometimes I just wanna contact the authorities and set these people up to get caught. Open up an account somewhere and "do the deal".
