I actually think the crowd played a big part of it. The biggest crowd ever and they were rocking. The parties started at 4 PM or so. The Goodyear blimp was in town all week-end and the weather was perfect. I think they were truly pumped. I KNEW they would win, just like CTProwler knew the sox were going to win in 7. lol Al Michaels said a lot of nice things about Cincy. They didn't mention Pete Rose, I don't think. lol.

Being a lifelong Kansas City Chiefs fan you can imagine how I was jumping up and down each time Chad Johnson caught a pass over Champ "the Chump" Bailey! I really dislike the "DONKOS!" Congrats to the Bengals - great game!

Bill - that was a complete fluke,,,the Cardinals are the perennial losers of the NFL. Phoenix fans will forever hold it against the city of St.Louis for sending us that bag of garbage. LA needs a team,,,please take the Cardinals! Ed - Not sure if Marc is a Broncos fan? He might be watching the BassMasters Classic, lol. Don't see any of those other Bronco fans singing in either,,,,they must be in shock. BTW - I seen Pete Rose at the game. They showed one shot of the grounds keepers down in the boiler room, and there was Pete on his knees rolling the dice yelling something about 7's,

Marc - thanks for being a good sport. The Broncos will improve vastly when they get rid of Plummer. Highly over-rated QB,,,,you see those air balls he threw up last night? Ed could have ran in from the sidelines and caught one of those passes, lol.

I am still a firm believer that it was a fluke. The fans did get the Bungles pumped up, though. It was electric downtown, from Noon Monday until the wee hours today. I think the players fed off of the energy and when they hit an early home run, they were on a roll. They got a couple of great breaks also. I still see them as sub 500 for the year. I am not a big football fan, anyway. I like High School football and basketball and college basketball.

Well, I am a Broncos fan and it was a disappointing win. However, we all know that any team can win on any given day (night). Broncos just didn't get it done for whatever reason. I, unfortunately, was very ill last night (in addition to the dog bite) and I went to bed early. You KNOW I am sick if I don't watch a Bronco game. Win or lose, I still love them...........and let's face it... there will NEVER be another John Elway.

I think his son is named John so there already is another John Elway. lol. What do you mean a disappointing WIN??? lol Seriously, I am not all fired up about it. No big deal to me. I think Boston winning three in a row (7 in a row, in reality) is a bigger deal.

Disappointing win........meaning a win for Cincy. ...and yes, he has a son named John.....but what are the chances that he would be as great a football player as his Dad? ..and Ed....the dog bite is a whole other story!
