great trivia CJ.....even though I am too young to remember most of this , I really do enjoy reading this stuff....

ps...I have seen the '71 Cuda grille refered to in magazines as both "Gingerbread" and "Cheese Grater"....must admit, I never understood the gingerbread concept.....it does strongly resemble a cheese grater though.....

I picked up all this information by reading the new Mopar book I posted about. Just thought some of you big Mopar guys would enjoy it...........and I learned some things, too. I'd never heard of the "Hang Ten".

CJ...
....friend of mine bought a "Hang 10" new.....only one I have ever seen......if I remember right, the entire deck lid opened up to haul surf boards.......unusual car in Indiana.....

remember the Dart "Lite" and the "Feather Dusters" around 1976 or so, lightweight cars for better gas mileage .....also quite a rare piece these days.....

CJ....what does this book look like, and what is the name of it......there was a MOPAR book that hit the streets recently that has several of my old MOPARS in it.....Bill Holder and Phil Kunz did the foto work and writing....has a MOPAR cartoon ad on the cover.....same one ???
