Dan Rather and CBS poll shows Kerry wins debate over Bush. The poll shows Kerry 39% and Bush 25%. Somebody needs to send Mr. Rather back home............ This is beyond belief!

CNN also said Kerry was the winner, and ABC said 42%-41% Kerry with a Gallop Poll showing 52%-39% Kerry. But what do pollsters know?

The Media would LIKE to run our contry and in many ways DOES ... but WE let them ...pretty sad if you think about it. I watched it ... think Bush did a better job in all honesty.

Exactly. What do these minute by minute, day by day polls mean?

Only one that counts in on November 2nd!!!!!!!!!

Who won the debate? I thought Kerry pretty well kept Bush on the defensive, but Bush held his own. Both kept wanting to stray from the questions a bit tho. As for polls, they are all rigged to get the results the pollsters want. They go to a predominantly democratic area (for example) to do the poll and surprisingly get results in favor of the democratic candidate... Polls mean nothing. Kerry still didn't sway my vote to him.

The only poll other than the real results of the vote is the last one taken just before Nov 2. Whatever the president's poll number is (%) will be the percentage of the vote as compared to his challenger. This has held true for many of the past elections. Uncanny but true.

This may be a better indicator than clearly biased media polls. These are contracts that are traded and people have to pay to get involved. This is a real market like a stock market. Because you are putting money down, you really wouldn't play who you "want" to win, but who you think "will" win.

Screw FOX, CBS, NBC, ABC & CNN. They're ALL biased one way or another! The only polls that count are the November elections and the Electoral College count...

Well, if it's anywhere near close, expect alot of hype there too. Dems are already enlisting 6000 lawyers and folks like jimmy carter to say that Florida's elections will be tainted (even though they haven't had them yet)

Good link

I'd put Wisconsin, Colorado, and Arizona into the Bush side now. JMO Ohio, Pa., and Florida is where the fight will take place.

Just mentioning jimmy carter sort of ruins any credibility. That guy has turned out to be not only the worst or in the top 5 worst presidents and an absolute moron.
