She would just put one Twinkie in the box and it would immediately sell. She did this all day every day. The rest of the Twinkies were under the counter. When there is a commodity that seems to be almost gone, the demand rises rapidly.

To increase sales, we would place a "limit of 3" sign on the product OR increase the unit cost and sign it: Buy One, Get One Free The results were amazing at times.
