WE still got power up here, but Tytanium-K in Montgomery has lost power this morning and as far as I know still does - talked to him on the phone - he and Vera are fine !

They're reporting on local TV right now that approx. 750K are without power in Alabama right now and it's probably just a matter of time until we're sitting in the dark as well !

"Up here" in the mountains are a lot of trees down, flooding everywhere and the threat for Tornadoes will still be with us for the next hours as they said on TV !

Well, it's STILL pouring buckets up here - so far we received at least 8" of rain with probably 2-4 more to come until all is said and done - needless to say that flooding is tremendous around here - not only creeks and rivers but yards look like little ponds - we got a 'steady stream' flowing through our yard - we COULD go rafting, it's THAT bad !
On the bright side, power only went off a couple of times and came back on shortly after - still haven't heard from
Ty-K down in Montgomery but on the news they said that well OVER 1 mil. without power throughout Alabama !

Let's wait and see what the mess looks like at the crack of dawn !

Glad to hear the update! Let's hope for an early end to the hurricane season. No doubt the rain will end soon and
the South Shall Rise Again!! Be safe
