We met John and Kathy Bires this evening. They bought the orange cat with the side pipes and the blue flames from Mike, locally. John posts as SERIB.
He told us the story about trying to get into the Prowler the first time with the top up. He is about 6' 5' and hasn't had a problem with anorexia.
He had the top down and it started to rain and he stopped and put the top up and could not get back in the car. He finally got in and then could not get out, later. It was hilarious.
Anyway, glad to finally meet you guys and hope to see you next Thurs. at The FARM.

Not to make fun of you John,,,,but that was funny thinking about it. One thing about it,,,,if it's embarrassing, Ed will not mention it on this forum.

ENJOY THE RIDE

John.........congrats on the new cat.....

You and Kathy and Ed and Sandy should come up for the Michigan Pumpkin Run the weekend of Sept. 17-19........the car would fit right in and you'd get to meet some other owners besides Ed!

When he was telling the story it was a lot funnier than just reading about it. He added a lot more info while telling it. He was killing us. I don't want to steal his thunder for when he tells the story to the rest of the locals or at some future event.
He will get to meet 15 or 20 owners next Thurs at Prowler night at The Farm next Thursday, if they can make it.
Sandy is working 12 hour days and working week-ends trying to get ready for this big accreditation thing on Oct. 2-5th or whenever. No more side trips until that is over. She is already getting stressed out due to idiots at work. We won't be able to make MI or St. Louis. Bummer
