Doesn't do anything for me either. Not practical, and would one leave it out of your sight at a show or at the store? Might not be there when you returned. |

The first one is called "Trendkill" and the other one "The Patriot". I'm a huge radical custom fan. And you, my friend, have excellent taste Those bikes are done by Joe Martin/Martin Bros. He is an amazingly talented guy - does everything from design to fabrication to actually doing the painting and airbrushing himself. I'm lookin' at a set of their pipes (slickstas) for my bike (I'm a bike nut too - I have a red HBS Wicked with silver tribal flames that looks even better now that there's a Prowler parked next to it) Here's their site - click on "creations" once you get there and you can see more of their work. Their work is first cabin. Not alot of consideration given to being practical or comfortable. Just evil, wicked, mean, and nasty. And to turn every head within 100 yards. I think they succeeded. |

I saw on the build-off that Joe's goal is to have the longest front forks....these days you need some gimmick to stand out.

They just had that build-off on tv. Called it the world build off. The bike from America won. Good looking bikes. ------------------ More 'Pumpkin' photos . . . . . More cars and other stuff New pictures in Personal Scrapbook (02/23/03) "The Prowler is not a car to go from Point A to Point B. The Prowler is the Point!" |

You got that right YF--ever find out how much one of those bad boys cost? I have to admire the workmanship, but I'd rather ride then polish. To each his own. Post the pic when you get one. |

Still. It is great that someone can see this in their mind. And then build something that looks like this. I still have to admire anyone with that kind of skill. They really are beautiful tho. |

I think it is worth the $100k it sold for. It is definately a one of a kind bike, and it has the title of worlds best chopper/bike of 2004! Wish I had enough change to throw at something like that! |
