All of a sudden on eBay my cookies are not working. They are working fine here on POA but everytime I try to bid on something on eBay I havc to log in again, eventhough there is a box that says "keep me logged in" or something to that effect.
Anyone got a simple answer for someone who doesn't know much computer-wise (or otherwise)?

Ed - I've had the same problem in the recent past. I don't know why, but I have found that if you go to a page that lists several items before going to the page that has the item you want to bid on, that will help solve the issue.

CJ, I am diabetic so I never eat cookies (unless they are chocolate chip, or trolley cakes or I am hungry.)
A/C, The Prowler folks have led me from the wilderness. I remember waaay back when I was not even aware Al Gore invented the internet. I used to have so much trouble with my dial-up and my old computer and I was asking for help daily. I used to call India twice a day to get even more confused. My kids used to go nuts trying to get me straightened out.
VaCatDude, MeanGene, Cliff Watson, GaryC, Mike K and a bunch of others helped me a bunch. (Gene kept telling me to get a Dell or go to H..., I forget which) also to use Zaino. But that is an entirele different can of worms.
Your good pal, Butchcee taught me how to highlight and cut and paste and I finally bought Sandy a digital camera so I could use it. I also got her a hot-tub. I buy her great stuff that I want. lol. She is extremely lucky to have me and I tell her that frequently. I actually forget who taught me to post a pic. Alzheimers is tough on short term memory. Come to think of it, you haven't been much help in the computer dept. You did give me some excellent hair care tips, however. Thanks.
But I digress, (which is normal for me).
For once the problem with the computer isn't my fault. Hoooray.
