Lately, I've been thinking about selling the kitty. Love the car but just think I'm in the itch for something new. Still to this day, every time I pull it out of the garage for a drive, what a feeling. Everyone stops to take a glance, or point at it as I drive by! Again, haven't decided if I want to keep or part from it. Just wondering, if I decided too, any interest? It's a Yellow 02' with 6K. I noticed you're from Warren. That's where I grew up. Nice to see someone else from good old Macomb County. If you get rid of your Prowler, I hope you don't have seller's remorse. |

No one can make up your mind for you. But you say the thrill of driving it is still there and you love the car. Makes no sense to me If your buying just because you want a new toy, I think its for the wrong reason. I have had street rods, muscle cars and motorcycles in my time and nothing compares to the joy I have had from owning this car. Especially attending POA events, seeing old and meeting new friends. It's like a Harley but on 4 wheels. Sounds to me like you will eventually regret it. |

If the fire isn't there any more, sell it. Let someone who has the passion a chance to own it. Looks like a very nice one BTW |

I REALLY hate to put into print that I agree with Alley Cat. Although (like Rich) for me nothing else compares, if you are itching to get something else you will start finding fault with little things on the Prowler. Sell it now while you still can still remember the feeling and when the thrill is gone from your new toy - and I bet it won't take long if you are losing interest in the Prowler - you can always buy another kat. Larry - that's at least thre things we agree about on the Prowler: 1. If you don't get a thrill from it anymore, sell it and let someone else enjoy it. 2. Sun visors are useless (at least for some people) 3. You don't need windshield wipers either - easier for you since you get only limited rain in Arizona but point proven in the monsoons during the Texas Stampede. I won't get into your views on politics, religion, fashion, grooming, or dealing with Ed. ------------------ |

Thanks to everyone for their responses. I really do enjoy reading all of the bashing you folks do to one another (lol). Alley Cat - here's another you can bookmark on Marty (he misspelled incorrectly "three"...lol CJ - give me a call and let me know when you folks are going out for a Prowl? Hopefully you still have my number? If not, let me know and I'll send you a PM. Drove the car down to Indiana two weeks ago, and got plenty of head turners and the point of the finger, amazed with the appearance of the kitty. |

Better yet, fixxumm could start posting again and make everyone forget about my typing! I hope you decide you REALLY like your Prowler and keep it, but if you find something else you like more - go for it, but be sure to post pics and don't quit checking in here! Good luck whatever you choose to do. |

Carlos.......wish you had come to Port Huron with us Friday night......it was fun! Are you coming to Dream Cruise with us? Jerry Naumann is planning a September Fall Color Cruise to the Northern Michigan area. Keep an eye out on the board. Please email or pm me your phone number again. You can call me anytime, too! |

If you decide to sell it,and only you can decide that-you'll probably have second thoughts about it right away. Car is simply irreplaceable! Good luck! |

Well I will ad my 2 cents, I have been with out the Kat for 3 weeks, thought I was getting it back this weekend and was enjoying the thought of driving it again, well it wont be back for at least 2 more weeks. But back to the question, my car when it is here does not get driven much, most of the time it just sits between events. At this point I do not think I could drive the car much with my ribs still hurting but I can tell you this just not being able to see it SUCKS. My dad has had several Kats he seems to drive them about 6 months then decides he wants something else ( Viper, Corvette, S2000, Jag, 2 seater Caddy?) but he always goes back to the Prowler, he has me hunting another one up for him right now, so if you enjoy the car at all even if its once a month and do not need to sell it I would say keep it cause you know what you have now and if you go to buy one later on because you miss it you never know what you'll get. ------------------ |
