Went to Viper days with the intention to watch for a while and I gots the racing fever again.....

Rented a SRT-4 for the weekend and had a total blast,,,it's a T2 scca spec car, 215 hp, full cage , slicks and brakes and shock and the rest is history, Started in the classroom for 1 hour and then got it the car,,,Pouring rain on slicks was cool, the instructor and I had a blast on the first session, driften evrywhre,,,,

Second session track was little wet was was getting fast... 1.40.00 was my best

I got bumped from the rookies to the next fastest group, racing with stock Vipers and passed all 8 of them and all the vettes too... four 1.30 laps for my last for laps

Bumped again to the faster class with one higher class racing with comp coupe's (Viper) passed one and one passed me out of the whole group, I AM FAST, 1.27.3,,,,another guys was racing the same car which is a PROFESSIONAL Viper RACER( he blew his viper on friday so raced the same car as me in was red class(FAST GUYS) I was .5 seconds slower than him and I had a 260 lb instructor with me when Tom(PVR) was alone,,,,, I blew everybodys mind

they moved me up to the red class, the very fastest class for the next time I go.........

Soooooooooooooooooooooooo, I bought a silver SRT-4 today and will drive it for a while and then I will gut it to go racing SCCA T2 and Viper days

the Viper days people are the best, great times
