Our son lives in Cedar Hill Texas near Dallas. We are going to visit with them the week before the Stampede. He has no driveway and very limited parking. I don't think his covenents allow trailer parking on the street. I have a 24ft enclosed trailer I will be towing. We may need a secure place to park the trailer. This trailer is very new and nice looking so it will not be an eye sore wherever it is parked. I also don't want to leave the Prowler in the trailer for a week (it gets very hot inside) so I may also need someplace secure & indoors to park our Kat. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or help.

Rich, I got your email about this and have been working on it. I think I have the right place. Let me make a phone call Monday. It is the same place LeonK keeps his with the Prowler in it.

Im thinking of Leons place or I have a good friend that has a House with a large lot behind it and runs a landscaping service out of. His main guy lives at the house.

Typically, the way deed restriction violations work, once they notice the violation, they notify you and give you time to correct it. Then they make another drive thru after about 10 days or so to check again. Unless your stay would be longer than a week, I really wouldn't worry too much about it, but again, check with your son on how his works. Usually, they will understand a temporary situation/visitor "additions".
Just a reminder... Patiently awaiting pictures of it's contents...

Rich: Not a problem - we have plenty of parking for your trailer and you can put your kat in our other garage. Let me know when you are coming and we will make sure we are here to take care of it for you. We have 7 acres so plenty of room with trailer parking and plenty of room in the other garage for your kat. Please bring your cover so we can cover it when in there though. T
