Bob down in FL has a Lido Electric PT Cruiser (fancy golf cart) for sale. I saw one once and thought it would be a kick to have one. Anyone have any experience with a street legal golf cart?

DaimlerChrysler owns GEM cars (Global Electric Motors) and the GEM cars come in various configurations.

We have one for our lake cottage and its great! It's one of the 2-seaters with the short bed on it and stake sides. My 11 year old grandson loves to drive it! They can be plated and driven on roads 35 mph or lower.

xpguy; I recently purchased a Lido coupe to drive from my home to the golf course. Please see my post on 4/15/04. It drive like a car and gets the same amount of attention as my Prowler.
