Ed - Suzie and Sandy will work fine for a boy/girl... Think Flipper...
Rox (Roxy) and Stone.

How about "Jay" and "Jayne"??
One of our daughter's is Jayne.

Also like the suggestion of "Jack" and "Jill".
We have a Jill too.

Good luck!!

Ed,

You are not far off with your baseball theme. We found out it was twins right when Charlie Hustle gave his "apology". I lobbied for Peter and Rose but that went nowhere!

These are all great suggestions and we truly appreciate the warm sentiment and gracious giggles. X and P are not viable but would be easy to teach the kids to write their names.

And yes, after 21 years of government service I did manage to salvage my sense of humor! And whoever suggested Demi and Moore, and actually met them, deserves extra credit!!

Thank you all very much!
Guy

We named our twins David and Michael... of course that won't work for you

How about Michael and Michelle?

Have you been to http://www.twinstuff.com ?

They have a great bulletin board there with a TON of support for parents of twins.

Cliff,

We have and it is wonderful. We especially like the idea of a white board over the cribs keeping track of who has been fed and changed etc. We have never had two in diapers at the same time so this will definitely be a challenge. Luckily my son is in college and not making any family plans of his own for a few years. Would hate to be a "dad" and a "grandpa" in the same year!

Thanks for all the great ideas. We promise to post lots of pics. I read somewhere there is a novelty bib with the Prowler logo available? Perhaps the new online store will have it? Gosh, some onesies with logos would be great too?

Cheers,
Guy and Christine

Seeing as how you'll be enjoying your 60s while putting these two through college, how about Thea...Enzo
(as in Thea Musgrave a world class artisan and Enzo Ferrari a world car designer)

Update - Christine went into early labor last night (she is not due until June 12th) but is back home resting right now. They are calling it Braxton Hicks contractions, but they are pretty strong. Both babies are over 4 pounds so they are viable and would likely survive being born this early. We have comfortably settled on Zachary and Zoe, but this could change in the coming days. Thanks to all for their prayers and good wishes.

And no, I did not take her to the hospital in the Prowler. We took the Grand Caravan.

Any last minute suggestions?

Guy and Christine

Glad to hear she is back home. Gina was on bed rest her final trimester to make sure she didn't start early. Our boys were born about a month early but by c-section. The dr. asked if she wanted them out and she said "NOOOOOOW!"

I sure your wife understands completely.

Get your sleep now.... I didn't get any sleep for about 5 years after our twins were born
