If anyone of the members would like a custom made Online Registration database for your Events, contact me. These can be not only for one Event but can be created to serve your needs for registering for various events. It has been a great asset to us for the Texas Prowler Stampede Event and I'm going to start using one for any events I put on for the South Texas Chapter events in the future. It would be great to be able to go back and see who all attends the events and which ones were the most popular and so forth. I believe it would help in the planning of future events. If you are interested drop me a PM. The database would be "hosted" off my own server for free but can be "hosted" off your own website also.

I'm not really sure if what your explaining would help me but I coordinate a 300 entry car show each year and wonder if you think I could benefit from using your database?? Bruce |

Hey Bruce, how do you handle it today? My thought would be that it could benefit you if most of your entries are people who have internet connection of course. With that said, if you give me a sample of what you usually have on your registration form then I can wipe up an example of what it would be like Online. Also if you have an idea of what you would like to see in a report from the database then I can give you a couple of reports to look over too. Another item is that we give you a Online Database Editor, so that you as the coordinator, can edit any information within the database you may need to change. Another item is compiling a mailing list from the database which keeps you in contact with the people who have attended in the past. These are just some items in Food for Thought.. ------------------ |
