I'm not sure if this is the type of GPS you were asking about, but I added a GPS tracking system to my Prowler.
It's like "OnStar" which I could not get and LoJack1 is not
in Oregon. It cost around $1,000. It calls my cell phone if anybody tries to break in. It has other features also.

Richard should be selling one this week. And next week and probably the week after that, also. I would give you his cell phone number and email address except he changes them every few days. lol. Let's see, I get my haircut on Thursday. Inside joke.
Richard, time to help these folks out.

What is the difference from ONSTAR?

Is there a monthly fee or times used till you are charged?

Thanks

I have the Megellan Roadmate 500. Costs about $900 at Costco. Information is here: http://www.magellangps.com/en/products/roadmate.asp

A great forum is here:

I think it is a great unit and I recommend it. I bought an additional 256K CF card.
