Bought a Black Harley and on the Friday 13th, ran over a black cat and never rode it again, sold the Bike, didn't buy another bike for 3 years. Nope not at all. |

My father was discharged from the Army on Friday 13th. Two weeks later, all discharges were frozen and subject to recall. I have been laid off 3 times on Friday 13th. On one of those occasions, that morning, I laid out every penny I had on a new S-10 Blazer, took out a loan on the balance, and took out a 2nd loan for some money to live on til I got caught up with my paychecks, only to go to work to show it off and find out I had no job. One boss let me go with a smile on his face saying he was going to give me tricadecaphobia (fear of the number 13). |

I think I have posted this before but here it is again No I'm not superstitous I was born on Friday the 13th I was born at 12:13 I weighed 6 lbs 13 oz I have 13 letters in my name and I believe they told me Mom was in room 213 and if that isn't enough, my daughter was born on April 13th THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH FRIDAY THE 13TH I was the talk of the hospital |

Not about Friday the 13th specifically although significant things have happened to me on those dates, usually good things. I am superstitious about other things though....  |
